The Take Care Store

A sales receipt is required for all refunds or exchanges.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 60 days of purchases

For health reasons and your own protection the following items cannot be returned
or exchanged:

  • Unwrapped Foam (this includes all foam neck, back and knee pillows)
  • Products with broken/punctured packaging
  • Breast Pumps
  • Blood Glucose Monitors
  • Therapy Ball

Manufacturer Warranty

The Take Care Store honors all manufacturer warranties.

If you have questions or feel your return falls under this category please call
1-800-447-2839 prior to returning the product.

How to Return a Product:

  • When you receive your order there will be a return address label.
  • Simply repack your box or envelope and enclose your Take Care Store receipt.
  • Please keep your bank card receipt for your records.
  • Adhere the return address label.
  • Take to your local post office and mail.
